I love dark chocolate - keep a small container of it in my fridge. You only seem to need a small bit to satisfy your chocolate craving, and it's full of antioxidants and low on calories too!

I would also like to know! my sodium is the hardest thing to keep down. Have started using heaps of herbs in my cooking instead of relying on salt - has helped a bit

I was just thinking this as i am back to work tomorrow! however, I think it will be easier because you can take with you what you are going to eat for the day - no temptation of the pantry! Plus what everyone else said - incidental exercise like taking the stairs and so on. We'll be FINE!

definitely recommend a program like couch 2 5 k, or at least do your own intervals. I can jog no probs on the treadmill, but get me out in the real world and it's HARD! For some reason the ground isn't moving underneath my feet at a pre programmed rate... Jogging will slim you down - I am a pear shape too and I HATE squats…

weigh yourself. look at your skin. take note of how sluggish and hungry you are. Make a decision to not feel like that any more. Not easy I know, the first week is balls hard! but it gets way easier after all that - good luck!

metamucil? It has the added benefit of keeping you pretty full and it breaks down at: "serving Size: 1 tsp (5.8g), Calories: 15, Fat: 0g, Carbs: 5g, Protein: 0g" But remember to keep up the water or the opposite can come in to effect!
