Breakfast sandwich, english muffin, turkey sausage, 1/2 slice cheese. I'm not a big egg eater so I skip the egg.

When I need a boost I change up my exercise. Try something different. I agree with the .5 lbs in a week

Try the Quaker popped cakes, I like the carmel corn, 13 mini cakes for 110cals. Herseys mini bars, dark chocolate. I eat just one to stop the craving. yogurt pina colata flavor has chuncks of pinapple in it, 80 cals. Find something you like, just eat a small amount to fit into your cals for the day.

I don't think of this as a diet at all. I've done alot of diets, now I just eat what I have in the past with some modification. Better portion control, more healthy choices more often. I can relate, a large box of chocolate in the office this week, its still not gone. I finally had a weight loss so I vowed to have only one. So far so good. Great going on your resistance.

I too work nights, this is when I have my snacks that I have fit into cal for the day. I also bring a container of veggies just in case I really get hungry.

Try some of your fav fruits with one you can tolerate and put fat free cool whip on top for a fruit salad. You can also add some nuts for crunch or granola. I only eat a few veggies also, so I change up when I eat them. Do you like yogurt? Add small amount of a fruit.

I also work nights, 5pm-330am. When I get up is Breakfast, lunch before work, dinner at work, snacks for the remainder. Just pick a start time and stick to it. The label of breakfast,lunch, dinner is up to you.

Check out the styles online stores, layered shirt with sweater, boot cut jeans. I recently bought a top with a thin lines of gold glitter and received many complimants. Jewelery can really dressup an outfit.

Here are some of my sweets, quaker popped cakes there are all different flavors, Herseys minis, I take only 3 in my lunch so I can't over do it. Sugar-free jello mixed with fat free cool whip.

Well, I'm not an expert, but it's possible with all your exercise that you are gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. Have you seen body changes? Looking slimmer?

I too work nights, 5pm to 330am. I log my breakfast, what I eat when I get up, it may be a breakfast item or a lunch item. I eat lunch before going to work, this is when I log everything for the day. When I pack my dinner I log it, dinner for me is usually around 9pm. I take snacks to work that I have about 6pm and…

I work 10 hour shifts getting home at 330 am, so I walk on both of my breaks and at lunch. We have a treadmill and weights at work, so it does make it easier. I haven't started the weights yet, this is the start of my second week of mfp. Good Luck. Try to fit in short bursts of any exercise whenever you can.
