Started NROLFW last summer but didn't stick with it. Re-started from the beginning yesterday, also restarted using MFP for food and activity tracking - The Hubs is going along with it all as well - it's gonna be a great year! This is the year I transform to Me 2.0!

At the Walmart I go to the Won Ton Wrappers are in the refrigerated section in the PRODUCE department. On the end where they have refrigerated salad dressings and such. Kinda hard to find but that's where mine are. Good luck - these are soooo yummy!

Just made these again with a twist - made 'em Taco Style! Browned some lean ground beef & seasoned with low-sodium Taco seasoning. Layered the won ton skins, salsa, taco beef, Fiesta blend shredded cheese, repeat. Bake just like the Lasagna ones, and these are little Taco cupcakes! Delish! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: Ice
