  • I add to my Protein Shakes, cake in a mug and add water to it and eat as is! I never would have guessed it so tasty! I'm so done with the usual peanut butter, it's the saving calories that got me interested! One taste and I'm hooked for life :laugh: :happy: :smile:

  • Soymilk, Extra Firm Tofu, Frozen Veggie Burgers, Garlic Bulbs, Salsa, lots of Fresh Veggies & Fruits, canned beans, Flax seed, Protein Powder, Flatbread, lettuce, PB2, etc. I make a lot of homemade soups, veggie lasagna, Oven baked Barbecue Tofu....the list goes on what you can make with Tofu, I love it!! :happy: :love:

  • At one time I drank a pot of coffee everyday and drank one can of Diet Pepsi everyday. Due to health reasons and per my Doctor it was in my best interest to quit drinking both, soooooooo I went cold turkey and I haven't looked back since :happy: If you feel too overwhelmed by it all, just take baby steps.
