As a passenger I'd drink a few beers then switch to soda. Now that I'm a Solo Rider no beer for me! Probably have one soda and switch to water. I always have on hand a protein / energy bar, some raw almonds in my pocket and sugar free gum no matter what!

I work 3rd shift 11Pm - 7AM and finally after 7 yrs I have my meals figured out! Breakfast at 7:30AM watch TV then go to bed. Dinner between 5-6PM, nap at 7:30PM and wake at 10PM for a quick protein smoothie. At work I eat an apple, 3T raw almonds and chew gum. It's working great. Now if I could just figure out how to eat…

I'll be in the same boat. After breaking my left arm this past Dec. I'm now able to do most things but unable to straightened it all the way. Definitely squeeze that ball as much as you can....we just gotta be ready to Ride this year!! This will be my 1st Full Riding Season and I want to Ride everyday, gosh darn it! :smile:

Work week is great! Weekends off are tough! I don't eat properly and activity goes down. Hope one of these off weekends to change that...gotta stay Focused that's the name of the game during my off weekends!! :explode: :grumble:

Cinnamon is very good for a person, in fact Diabetics take Cinnamon in pill form to help control there blood sugar levels when taking Insulin. I use Cinnamon & Honey on my cereal when I eat cereal, not everyday though. Do some more checking, I'd be interested in knowing....the rest of the story! lol :happy:

Check sites online for total calorie count before you go eat. Also, under your Food on MFP when adding something new, some chain restaurants are already listed, that's what I did prior to taking my son to Texas Roadhouse for his Birthday last week. 1 Any Flavor cake mix dry 1 Angel Food cake mix dry Mix together, put in a air-tight container. Enough for 22 servings, each serving is 17 calories! Using a 1/3 cup fill with the dry mix, place mix in a bowl, add 3 T. water & mix well. Microwave 2 minutes! :love:
