I bought his books back in the 90's when I turned Vegetarian & then a Vegan. I'm not totally a Vegetarian now however I lean towards a diet of veggies, fruits, veggie burgers. I'm just not ready today to cut out foods that he refers to....I like variety :smile:

For 8 years now I've worked 3rd shift & rarely do I eat during the daytime, I'm either sleeping till 1PM and then I'm out the door doing errands, yardwork, Riding, etc. and don't stop until I get home at 6PM to finally eat a meal.
