  • I am 56 and trying to lose the last 25lbs of fat and add about 5 more lbs of muscle. I started my journey at age 50 and have lost about 50 lbs of fat and have gained about 10 lbs of muscle....slow and steady. Please feel free to add me.
  • It depends on the WOD but I have never burned under 500 calories. But again, it depends on your age/wt/sex etc. Good luck!
  • I LOVE Crossfit...but until I bought a hrm to calculate the calories I just used the "calisthenics" section of cardio exercises to record my calories burned.   • Loved the challenge but could not post. 2 hours of very high-intensity dancing (Bollywood/East Indian) burned 400 calories!!! Walked A LOT. Drank a lot of water but not as much as I wanted to. I will do much better next Saturday! Thanks!
