Hello all,

Does anyone here do Crossfit and how do you log that into your exercise diary?

    I LOVE Crossfit...but until I bought a hrm to calculate the calories I just used the "calisthenics" section of cardio exercises to record my calories burned. Once I started using the hrm I made up my own exercise and called it "Crossfit" and I plug in the calories every time I exercise. Good luck....crossfit will kick your butt and help you make some terrific changes!!!

    Thanks for the tip, on average what are you seeing for calories burned? I need to get a monitor. I am loving it too. I started a month ago and I think I am addicted!

    It depends on the WOD but I have never burned under 500 calories. But again, it depends on your age/wt/sex etc. Good luck!

    WOW that is amazing! I just pegged mine at 300 today for the sake of logging it but I will get a monitor. I know it kicks my butt and I am sweating after the warm up most of the time.
