I have been eyeing the Flex as well. Searched high and low. The date varies greatly depending on where you look. It looks like April for the most part. That is the most common date I see.

I am interested as well! I do not think this year will be an option but I WILL complete at least one next year. Schedule will just not allow this year. On their site there are some great work out/training tips and plans to follow. Also I found several different routines ppl used to train vi google/youtube search.

The Flex monitors your moment you do throughout the day. I never said it breaks it down specifically to weight training etc. I was vague and for this I apologize. At about the 145 mark I am struggling, but I work it out and push it through that last 15. it is definitely the last thing I do while working out because after I am utterly exhausted. I do wear an HRM. Everything is monitored. Also I believe I said bust because he said it, does not make it gospel.

I was as well. What worked for me was washing my face right before and right after working out. I made that the last thing I did before I hit the gym floor and first thing when I was done. That seemed to fix things for me.

Well first I would like to say congrats on the 37 lbs. Salad is not the only thing to eat. You can eat ANYTHING...In moderation. You can change the serving size. You could go with serving size of 8 for 1 oz or .5 serving of 16 oz. I log the extras (half and half) separately.

I've seen larger sizes in Target and ****s Sporting Goods. Old Navy will probably be best bet HOWEVER Plus size is online only. Returning/Exchanging with them online is really no issue. Actually very easy.
