Last week 4-05-13 163.5 .6 loss This week 4-12-13 164.9 1.4 GAIN! Even eating as clean as possible this is what happens when you allow solid foods back in your diet I guess. No worried though! It will disappear quickly!

Hello all! I was just wondering what workouts or diets you guys are using to meet the weekly goals?? I will start. I do Cardio at the gym everyday. sometimes for one hour, sometimes 3. All depends. I know the best possible way to know how many calories burned is a HRM, however mine has recently disappeared. One of those magic mysteries,,,,So I wanted to know if any of you are also not using a HRM, how do you log your workouts? I am curious mainly for Insanity and RevAbs.
