I have started MFP a couple of times throughout the last year, but due to family and personal things it had become difficult to track and actually get the time to exercise. Now that all of those issues have been cleaned up and swept away I am here and its time to get serious.
I personally do a few at home dvd's but know they are not for everyone. I run/walk/jog everyday. Bike, basketball, swimming (in spring/summer), among other activities a couple times a week.
While looking for MFP friends, I am not looking for others who necessarily do the same activities that I personally do. I am looking for others to help with accountability. Please feel free to message or add me if you feel you fit the bill. Weight, age, and gender are not important. Honest will and motivation are.
