I know the best possible way to know how many calories burned is a HRM, however mine has recently disappeared. One of those magic mysteries,,,,So I wanted to know if any of you are also not using a HRM, how do you log your workouts? I am curious mainly for Insanity and RevAbs. Perhaps using Aerobics high impact?

Tess, that's how I did it before I got my HRM. Its fairly accurate, but its off by around 100-150 cal.

Thanks guys! That was my best guess. I miss my HRM. Have not even logged Insanity or RevAbs in because was unsure how to do so.

I would totally invest in a HRM. I love my Polar FT7!

I had one, loved it. Miss it terribly. I had the Polar FT60. I would like to replace it, but since it is pretty pricey that is on hold for the moment.
