My goals are pretty simple. Kick this cold/flu and get back on schedule. I started today by getting my Fit Test in. A day later than I planned, but I got it done. Mine is set up for the way I eat. I have Breakfast, Morning, Lunch, Afternoon, Dinner and then Snacks. I eat smaller meals throughout the day so this is what made sense for me. It all depends on your needs.
