i always boil some eggs the day before, pop out the yolks and eat the egg whitse on a piece of rye bread or something. I also try the equate protein shakes they arent too bad!

you are right! I am 32. I find when you start your 30's its a lot more difficult to lose weight. But this has been a great help. Anyone add me up!

Those "detox" formulas arent regulated so I don'\t think they are safe. The best way to detox is just change your habits, eat more fruit and vegetables and lots of water, at least 8 servings a day. I did that and have lost 20 pounds in the last few weeks!

I updated my profile to 1 pound per week as i guess two is too high. It now says 1900 give or take sounds a bit more realistic.

I set myself to lose 2 pounds per week. But I agree it seems low. Maybe I should set it to 1 pound a week

Thanks for the info. I let them calculate it themselves. It was 1610 to start, but now that I am at 209, they reduced it to 1400 or so. Sometimes i never went to that calorie goal depending what I ate, so I would sometimes just be over the minimum recommended 1200 but I would never be under that.

I dont like water either. The taste is chlorinated. We use a water filter to help with that, or I drink flavoured waters from Walmart which are calorie and sodium free, it gives 4 daily serviings of water in one bottle!
