I'd like to be down to around 119-126lbs.

Yes, I check everything. I've cut out chocolate, biscuits and crisps too. I eat toast for breakfast, fruit for lunch and a portion controlled dinner.
-
Thank you.
-
Thank you, I'd be happy with 1-2lbs a week.
-
I'm not pregnant.
-
I had a big steak dinner once, some alcohol (1-2 beers every other night maybe? Though I drink alcohol in my normal routine anyway), maybe 1-2 easter eggs + a couple of bars, crisps and sometimes I had dessert after dinner.

Thanks everyone. 2 years ago I did lose 4 stone by exercising and diet but would now like to try losing an extra 7 lbs without exercise.
-
That's awesome, great job!

I no longer log or weigh my food, I haven't done that since I stopped my diet over a year ago though. I'm not really eating very differently, I have 2-3 small meals with very rare snacking. I am on birth control pills but have been taking them for almost 2 years with no weight gain.

I'm 5'3", in August 2013 I was 186lbs. I started eating around 1300-1500 calories a day and did cardio for 20-45 mins a day. By February 2013, I was 133lbs. I stopped exercising then because I was happy with my weight, I still ate between 1300-1500 calories a day because I don't eat much anyway and that's just what made me…
-
Well I eat around 1500 calories a day and I have maintained my current weight at that for over a year. I'm 24, 5'3" and 126 lbs. I'm doing the 30 day squat challenge and I use my body weight.
-
I don't, no.
-
I meant I'm still eating my diet amount, which is 1400. I'll eat more to maintain. I've lost 53 pounds since august and I've lost half a stone in about a month eating around 1400.
-
thanks everyone. Should I do these exercises aswell as the stationary bike or instead of?
-
is there a way I can do that at home? What would I need for it? sorry, I have no idea about weight training.
-
Ok, thanks.
-
I don't lift weights at all, I don't have access to that kind of stuff. They only thing I have is an exercise bike. I do try to cram as much protein in as I can, but I never manage to meet the amount I have on MFP.

well at 13 stone I was a size 16, now at 10 and a half stone I'm a size 12 and I've lost around 3-4 inches from my stomach, hips and thighs. I've seen people say that from an almost 3 stone weight loss, they've lost a lot more than 3-4 inches. I would like to be a size 10 but I'm unsure of how much fat I'd have to lose…

Thank you. Stupid question but what nuts should I eat? I'm guessing the bags of salted or roasted nuts aren't the ones I should be eating? I can definitely add eggs to my diet, even though I dislike them, I will make an omelette with vegetables for my dinner about 3-4 times a week.

Ok, thank you. So I should slowly raise my calories to around 1400 to maintain the weight I am now? That's with little exercise. And then in the new year, up the calories when I start exercising again?
-
bump again, sorry.
-
I was told by a few people on here because I've been eating too few calories.
