It seems good enough if you're doing it along with a healthy diet and exercise,I remember watching the advert and not being that impressed when it said it was like doing 120 crunches if you wore it for 20 minutes. I personally would rather do 120 crunches than spend money but I'm just a cheapskate :D

I never eat my exercise calories back at least not all of them but I tend to exercise in the middle of the day before I've finished eating so then I eat tea and a snack after.
