Okay folks I am on Week 5-Day 3 and tonight is a 25 minute run. I am quite nervous. But I will check back and let you know. Also - Tues. was Day 2 and the next morning I weighed in and had lost enough that the number moved me from "obese" to just "overweight" for my height. Yay for small victories!

I love C25k!! I do it every spring and then run 5k's through the summer. I am currently on Week 4, can I still join you? By the way, this year I downloaded free podcasts from itunes that include music and a guy telling you when to start and stop. LOVE IT! Search Robert Ullrey (sp?).

I don't have a tip, but another member and I are helping each other go sugar-free. We are on Day 8 if you'd like to friend us for support. She had carb cravings the first few days, mine were the last couple days. Whatever you do, good luck!

Count me in! My office brings lots of treats and goodies. One thing I do is tell myself that it has been sitting out long enough a bug could've crawled over it. Then I have no interest anymore. Some days I don't say that and I eat it which is why I am here!
