I lost 40 lbs originally.. I guess I just am so used to eating Like crap its like a second nature to me. Sad but true. I feel the best I've felt in a long time but just making healthier choices this week and cutting so much sugar! On the way to a birthday party and praying I make it without majorly screwing up!

I count ALL sugars natural or otherwise. Sugar is still sugar.

I do NOT agree with this information. The reason for cutting out those types of foods are probably because of the sugars in them. I never realized how much sugar is in tomatoes but I count all my sugars keeping it at 30 g a day. As long as you are logging your eating in moderation I wouldn't worry about that. Do what works…

Honestly you are not going to see a weight loss eating high amounts of sugar, and fat, along with crazy amounts of sodium. Limit your carbs. I eat around 150 a day. Limit your sugars. I am this girl. But I have come to find out that if I eat closer to 1500 I have an easier time losing weight. It is not hard to go over 1200 for me that is with eating healthy foods ;)

Yes it IS normal. You are always going to lose a bunch of weight the first week. I started at 270 on my daughters birthday which was 2/20 I really didn't get serious til March first and this morning my scale is showing a 27 lb loss all together.
