i make overnight oats. 30g rolled oats 65g unsweetened vanilla almond milk 10g chia seeds 100g of plain nonfat greek yogurt mix it up and then add frozen fruit of choice. put in refrigerator for the night (typically 8 hrs) sweeten to taste with truvia.(1/2 Tbsp for me)

My best advice is to weigh all of your food, log everything and take it one day at a time. I occasionally take cheat days but I didn't until I made sure I was positioned well enough with what I was doing that it wouldn't derail me. That was probably 4 months and about 75lbs down.

I haven't walked any of the Fairmont trails in quite some time and now with living and working in Morgantown I'm rarely even in that area. Hopefully i'll find sometime to walk around here.

I try to keep it simple. Thin cut chicken breast with marinade usually between 7 and 9 oz. and I split a bag of the Walmart pre packaged salad with my brother pretty much everyday. That lunch puts me about 500-600 calories. 200 calories for breakfast and 200 for evening. Then I'll have a small snack or two somewhere…

Absolutely. I started at 299lbs. I lost 31lbs in the first 30days. It been a pleasant surprise.

My goals started with a pair of swimming trunks i bought 3 years ago that are a size 38. i was a size 42-44 and ended up at a 46 before getting started. I'm on track now and should comfortably be wearing them for summer.
