miadhail are you losing? I have bumped up to 1600 net but find its hard to get there...haven't lost anything in 4 months and am trying to lose 5-10 lbs... Help

I just did w2d3 and boy was it hard! This is my second time trying this program. Last time I got to week 4 and quit...I really wanna be able to do the 3miles when I get to the end of the program. Hope I can...good luck to all of you hope we all get to the end and say things like "man I love to run!"

Did w2d3 today and it was a little rough for me :( discouraging but I want to keep going....I did improve my actual "running" distance today! Love that update to the app that tells you how long you walked and how much you ran! I'm hoping I can do w3d1 ok. I think the 2 day rest will be good for me :)

@kimstwin I am in the same boat...not feelin the "love" for the running part yet...hope it comes tho I want to do two runs...one in July which is only a 2 mile family run and one in sept that is a color run....hoping I can :) @shemyg06 I did the same run today and only went 2.19 miles so you are running faster then me!!

Just finished W1D3. This is my second time doing this tried last summer and got to week 4. I'm doing this on top of body revolution (I'm in week 9) and walking on off days of c25k. Good luck everyone!

I'm in week 8 so my last week of phase 2. I do love her program and this past weekend did a local competition with friends, when we took a pic showing our muscles I was amazed at my biceps! Which of course is not the area I need help in lol

Phase 1 disc 3....holy hell!! Can't wait to see how I am doing after 4 of these workouts! I know I improve with the first two by the time I was on my last time with those. I still love it tho!!!

Was still having problems with mine. Got in touch with polar and they are sending me out a new transmitter. Lets hope this fixes it since changing the batteries was only temporary....

Yes, but I figured it out. I changed the battery it came with and it worked perfectly. I didn't think that was it at first bc it seemed to work fine but I guess that was it. Thx

Has anyone had problems with theirFT4 not reading your heart rate? Halfway through my workout today mine did that and I couldn't figure out the problem. I kept resetting it but after a few seconds would go back to not reading it again???

I think I get it now. I have been doing this for 11 days now, just wondering what's the average time before your body actually gets used to you taking in more and you start loosing? I feel like I'm still gaining...
