I enjoyed this challenge! Most days I was on point but when I fell I dusted myself off and got it in gear. I'm happy with my results it could've been better but overall I feel good and I'm loving me again so that's what matters..life changes brought on life challenges so I'm getting my life back and loving it!! Hi all!! I'm in but I forget to come to this group page my bad...when I'm busy at work I catch up at night before bed but no excuse ill do better...I re amped mine to less bread instead of no bread I'm getting back to workn out..my sis had surgery so I was helping her..lets get it going we got this!

I know I'm late....but a D I took a mental break this weekend...I'm also finishing up 21 day challenge this weeknd so ill do better when I can just plan n eat n not eat the same foods...:) warming up so I want to get out more.. We otm! 40+ n fabulous! :0)

Going well no bread question does that mean pasta,crackers,etc..ijs..n im not really snacking n I'm getting my two a days in...could be better. :) Nsv size 12 ol navy jeans buttoned but can't wear yet so that's my motivation :0)

Today went well for me..I'm glad the weather is getting warm so I can get an evening walk in .:0) I'm dropping other challenge I almost made a week.:) six small meals hard to get them in...I didn't yield to bread..I haven't desired a snack really..I need to get my $1 bills to throw in my can I'm using my quarters :)

Hi I'm nena, I'm giving up bread Two a day workouts even if its just a walk. Healthier snacking. No scale until the end after I weigh in for the 21 day challenge. Paying myself $1 per workout Going shopping!!! ****excited to get to wonderland! Almost there :0)
