  • Me too! Those push-ups ! One round, struggling, next round on the floor panting. Lol
  • Yeah, I'm on day 5. It definitely gets better as each day passes. I am going to take the ideas above and turn on music, because I begin to focus on the counter on the DVD player and for some odd reason, I start getting anxious for it to be over. Keep up the work.:smile:
  • Anterior raises are tough. The weights do make a difference. I use 3lb weights for the entire work out.
  • Initially, I bought 5 lb weights and they ended up being too much, so I bought 3 lbs ones. I did not return them, just in case I have more stamina in levels 2 and 3.
  • My first day I thought that I was going to throw up. It was tough. However, I've continued my workout 4 days in a row. It's tough at first but it gets better. Although, I'm kind of dreading levels 2 and 3 :laugh:
  • My weight goal is 125-130 lbs. or just a good tone-up. weight 140lbs Bust 36" Waist 30" Hips 37" Thighs 21" Right arm 11.5" Left arm 11" Hopefully, I will make it!
  • I joined another group on here, but this one seems more engaging and hopefully, will give me that extra push. I started 30DS on the 1st. So, today is day four for me.
