Me too! I am actually avoiding a BBQ tomorrow evening because I feel like it would just wreck my week, especially because we're drinking again on Saturday. AND if I wait until Saturday I can get in a workout on the day of alcohol = not so terrible. LOL.

I think binge in terms of Binge Eating Disorder means that you feel like it is out of your control, you're in a different place, an emotional place.

I am also trying to do 1200 cals! I find myself eating a lot of Smart Ones (prepackaged meals) for dinners because they are so low cal. OK My plan: -go for 30 mins walk at 3.5 or 4mph -do 15 mins calisthenics OR -30 mins wii Zumba -do 15 mins calistenics OR -do a JM workout video- whatever I have time for- 20mins or 40mins I hope with the nicer weather I will be more motivated!

Hi all! I am SO IN! Especially after the week I had of a food frenzy! My weight I dont know after this week but was at 180.2 In 5 weeks I hope to lose 10lbs! My weaknesses are eating out all the time! And not making great decisions. My goal is to stick to my 1200-1500 cals and exercise every day!
