Hey all, I have recently lost about 15lbs and am on a s***load of psychotropic medication including: Ritalin, clonazepam, Clozapine, Cymbalta, Abilify and Prozac. setting your daily calorie goal
I started off as very ambitiousd would still like to be ambitious for 1200cals but I'm never there...I usually think it's a goodday up to 1600 cals. now..what do you think is better...never meeting your goal or giving youself the permission to eat more, like maybe its a mind game im playing?? meds and weight gain
Hey all! Anyone have any experience with meds and weight gain? I am on a lot of meds and can't figure out which one did the worst .. but cannot come off, have to slowly wean and like I'm doing awesome do I want to take the chance of playing with meds just cuz I feel fat. argh. How frustrating, any words of advice?

Cutting Out Sweetner/Aspartame

Eat to live or live to eat?
When you're the latter- live to eat- how do you NOT do that??? I am obsessed with food. I used to have an eating disorder years ago but I am recovered. Maybe the obsession lingers? I love food. I am always planning my food. I am always thinking of what next. Anyone have any ideas on how to stop being so darn obsessed?

New Trick
SO I have had my calorie goal set at 1410. I reduced it 1200. The interesting thing is that I am closer to that 1410 than if I actually set my goal there-- like it would be over. But with the new goal it's a lot harder to go over and especially as much as if I went over on 1410. Make sense? LOL Sorry if not!
