SO I have had my calorie goal set at 1410. I reduced it 1200. The interesting thing is that I am closer to that 1410 than if I actually set my goal there-- like it would be over. But with the new goal it's a lot harder to go over and especially as much as if I went over on 1410. Make sense? LOL Sorry if not!
