Hi, this thread is for people who want to do some form of physical activity every day even from 15 minutes long.
I am at like 4 days a week doing something at least but want to do something every day and see if it helps.

Meh, I'd rather go hard 3-4 days per week0

fitness related! hell yeah! I'm with you! I'm at five days a week right now...don't be proud yet...only week one of that maintenance but my FIRST full five straight ever maybe...so it's a start!0
