I work at a mental health hospital in Whitby, ON. I do two 8's and two 12's so I get Fridays off. And some mornings before the 12's I go to the gym but I find it gives me more energy and I feel better. Now I am off to blast calories on my dancing zumba wii game :D

I ended up getting a vegetarian sandwich from KFC (500cals) and going to wii for an hour later. I am way past my calorie amount and I didn't eat a dinner... maybe some salad will make me feel better! Work is really where I get into trouble-- the fries there are SO good! lol And during 12 hours they are very appetizing.

I am craving fast food!!!! I am comparing all the veggie burgers because I said ABSOLUTELY NO FRIES lol. So if I have a veggie burger then I wont have any cals left...ah, the dilemma (because its only 145here) I COULD exercise really hard. Hmm.. But if I really want to meet my goal...BLAHHHH

1. Current weight is 180.8 2. 0.8 pound 3. Ate a lot of salad and healthy snacks 4. Lose 2 lbs- stick to the cal limit consistently and go to the gym twice at eleast 5. 30 pounds

Fridays are my weigh-in days- so CW is 181.6 No NSV I didn't eat fries when they were right there in front of me- good girl Goals: to eat 1200 cals/day and stick to it and hopefully the scale will budge in three days Weight to go for Christmas: ideally 151.6 but probably more like 160 *HOPES*

Okay, SO my plan: Exercise- My goal is to go as much as possible to fitness classes- the new schedule comes out soon so hopefully they have more am classes which I like. Heyyy I am Tara. 181.6 pounds today = the highest ever. I have to break my addiction to fast food and eat more healthy things! (Aka, diet) And I am going to try doing something active EVERY DAY. good luck fellow Christmas loser friends ;)

Yikes, I hate admitting to my cheat days- especially buffets!! But it is a great idea to still log them and learn, right.
