I did buy muscle milk powder to use after working out in the morning. I was only going to use 1 scoop because of the carbs. Unfortunately that's all I have access to right now since I am overseas and cannot even get mail at my location. I'm lucky they have that. Plus eggs, lots and lots of eggs.

How much salt is that in teaspoons? And you say that should be a minimum? Trying to make sure I stay on track since I'm fairly new to the LCHF way of life. I've always eaten lots of salt but don't know if I should increase it even more.

I've had a Fitbit One for approx 2 months now and it's working great at counting steps, distance, etc. I also use it to track my sleep just for fun because. The only false readings I get from it are "floors climbed". I also change (if necessary) the calories burned when I use a treadmill or elliptical because it can vary…
