I dont mind wearing tennis shoes when I exercise. I actually have a pair of shoes that are low arch supprt and then the arch support pad in them as well since finding out I had PF. I wish I could say today was a good. I fell off the wagon, pretty hard. I dont know why but I did good up until we had to run some where then it was like lets just get Popeyes for dinner. Then I got some candy and now im pigging out. UGH. And I didnt work out today. Wish I would have read these earlier.

Thank you all for the words of encouragement! I am going to start my Zumba Dance today and taking daily walks. I am pretty excited about getting rid of this weight I just have to pace myself and not over do it!

I have a 4 month old so walking is kind of hard with the colder days. Hubby and I are talking about taking a walk tongiht since it is pretty nice. I also bought Zumba and am going to try that and see if it is a little more easier on me. Any other advice for home work outs would be awesome!
