This is great information! I've been weighing my food recently, but haven't seen a change yet. Sticking to it and trying to burn 3000 kcals a week hopefully will restart my body.

Picked up a kitchen scale this morning! I'm going to start measuring myself a couple times a month to track inches lost/gained. Thank you guys for your input.

I don't usually eat any of my work out calories back and keep to 1,200-1,300 a day. I have had a few exception days where I ate more. (One being yesterday and my first week) I will definitely be picking up a scale this weekend! Thank you!

I log everything that passes the lips with cups now, but a scale would help! I don't really use too many sauces, besides curry and salad dressings, and coffee I take black only. I do the "sitting at a desk job" calorie guidelines, but usually on my feet 4 days out of the week. I only count the time at the gym spent and…

On average I have been eating around 1,200- 1,300 calories a day, keeping around 70 carbs, drinking 9- 11 glasses of water, the average workout is -500 calories, burning the average 2,500 cals a week.

I feel like I'm in the same boat! I have been burning calories like crazy, keeping low carb, and around 1,200 cals a day. Still haven't lost anything except a pound or two that my body keeps fluctuating on. I stepped it up last week and this week burning a bit more than 3,500 cals to see if anything changes.

Everyone has been doing a Great Job! I'm a bit stuck on what I need to do next. I've cut my calories down to 1,200, low on the carbs, drinking enough water, and getting a great burn! However, I haven't lost any weight (at 173) . :huh: Today I'm going to start doing measurements and hopefully will see some results soon!

I'm big on having curry 2-3 times a month. It's a good way to use up left over veggies that are laying around in the fridge. I use : Patak's Curry Paste 2-3 Tbs. 1c.
