Very well done,im doing a similar thing, 3 weeks in 7.5lbs lost im aiming at 1000 calories deficits i call it my mathematical dietand its working :)

1st week in and have lost 4lb well happy ,ive kept to my calories 5 days out off the 7 and made sure i walked for 30mins every day SW 228lb CW 224lb GW 200lb gd luck all

morning i'd like to join as well,i restarted Monday,would like to lose 2 stone by end off June,i struggle eating only 1200 calories ,but i make time for 2 half hour walks for extra calories,also have a fitbit which helps good luck all

i found removing food from my diet gradually.e.g less sugar in coffee and less fizzy drinks more water intake,and i found writing everything i eat and drink down ,you'll be surprised what you do consume ,and it also makes you think do i really want it,and if i want a treat i go for a walk so ive burnt calories to have…

lovely to hear ,hope 2013 is your yr,last yr i lost 56lb that was my bigest accomplishment,along with also dealing with mourning lost my hubby 2yrs ago 14th dec 2010 ,so i feel 4 you and understand you,lets hope 2013 bringing more accomplishments Happy NEW Year:happy:

ive just gave up smoking 4th nov and i had lost 56lb on ww b4 that saw this app thought id try as was free ive also but 7lb back on in three weeks,think its the giving up smoking but also cold weather not doing the exercise and wanting stews and dumplings as so cold lol,so need motivation and help 2 ,but have woke this…

ive just finished doing a yr on line with ww i lost 56lb but when i saw this plan, thought exactly the same just counting calories not points so am going to give it a go as like people say its FREE saves you 10pounda month ,gd luck :smile:

hi im ann also have most the problems you have, have to say since ive been dieting ive lost 56lb so far on ww giving this a go as its free,my hormones have started to get bit better still could have grown a tash for november mind lol,also ive been given a tablet called spironolactone been taken now for just over 4months…
