Getting a late start this week. So far I just have 42 minutes of cardio. I did the elliptical tonight. I guess I will be in the gym 2 hrs a night to get the rest week to get caught back up.

Even though its extremely late/early in the morning I want to update my totals. Friday night kickboxing at the Y from 6:10- 6:50 pm. Tonight I did a 60 minute Zumba class. I did more stuff but won't list it since it is not a part of the challenge. My totals so far are 105/240 minutes of Zumba, Boxing of Kickboxing 0/60 Yoga 5/5 miles

I should have updated my exercise yesterday. Sorry, I forgot. I weighed in yesterday morning at 200lbs.Anyway, I did 5 miles on the elliptical. I was on the elliptical for 70 minutes on the aerobic level. I burned 698 calories. I will reply again this evening when I go to the gym.

I don't think this is too easy. This is six hours of high impact activity if you do the elliptical option which I will be doing.
