I do 5x5 stronglifts. It's pretty basic stuff and as you only need to do 3 compound exercises a session you're not getting a lot of time to get to bored. I also do some static cycling afterwards (about 20 mins} . If you've got a way to watch TV during it that also helps if any boredom sets in.

Hi, anyone tried Huel? What are your thoughts on it. I struggle with lunch and want to make it simple but haven't tried any meal replacement products before. Huel seems to have a good rep though. Ta.

Yes, and very easy for my dog to eat while sitting in the car beside me, lol. The only chance I get to eat between breakfast and my evening meal is in the car, at traffic lights.

There's no proven way to reduce Doms. People in the know are still arguing about what actually causes it. My process has always been to just get on with things. As long as its not an injury just go about your life and suck it up. I also believe though that if someone believes something helps them it probably will (such as…

First thing you need to stop is being upset with yourself. We all go off track, it's happened and it'll happen again. The trick is not to let it last to long. Take a deep breath and some time to stabilise yourself and regroup. When you're ready, revisit your goals and go for it. Be strong.

My App suggestion for building a routine would be JEFIT. I would then use it with a HRM. Endomondo I believe is now an Under Armour app and should work with most HRM's.

Well done. Considering you were struggling with cravings it's great you've recorded a loss. Good effort. I hope the cravings have passed.

Hi everyone. My first time being involved in this challenge (in fact my first ever challenge on MFP). Last weighed in at 225 and was 258 at my heaviest (I think, I'm from Scotland so it's 18st, 3lb in my normal world). I'm doing CICO and been doing well for the last 3 weeks. 1 more week to make it a habit eh? I've lost and…

I drink 500ml Sugar Free everyday (I enjoy it) but don't log it. I wouldn't drink any more than that if I were you, and I'm sure many would say not to drink any at all. But are you better to have a limited amount of diet or a limited amount of full fat? For calorie counting there is only one answer. And for all those that…

Water, veg, nuts and fruit. Who'd want to live on that? There's a reason we evolved, our food was rubbish. Pepsi Max, burger and cheese please. But not today, I'll go over my calorie allowance. p.s. All true what was said about the whater I think. Mostly rubbish about the coke though.

I'm possibly being a pansy but if your diet is clean why go for a chemical? Just don't be in such a rush.

Hi Des, I think it depends on how you are getting your body fat calculated. If you are using electric scales then they pass an electric current through you and calculate the % from the length of time the signal takes to flow through you. I think it travels through fat faster than muscle (or could be vice versa). Bottom…
