I replaced it with something else. Soda was my go to during the day and specially when eating out. So I would just force myself to get orange juice every time I wanted a coke. It worked- I stopped drinking soda altogether. And now, I can just drink water and be fine.

I think before I used to eat a lot of the same unhealthy things- Now I am trying to add variety but I at the same time I feel blah about food. I dont know whats going on. Now I rarely eat anything that I say is amazing or great.

Just stick it in the back of the cabinet behind healthy snacks if its that tempting. If you don't start eating it you can't overeat it. Or ration out your servings- don't eat out of the jar.

Don't get discouraged. Make sure that you are imputing your food everyday, Also make sure you are not leaving too much time between meals and that you are eating enough for the amount of activity you are doing. You don't want your body to be stressed during this process. Stay with it!!! You will get there.
