good dilemma

Today was a really hectic day at work and it was not a good eating day. After a filling dinner I realized that I still had over 400 calories left to reach my intake. I really didn't want to under eat but I wasn't sure what to eat. How do you bridge the calories without eating something unhealthy or with empty calories. Any ideas?

Nuts are a good, protein rich, calorie dense food that can help you meet you calorie goals. Whole grian toast with peanut or almond butter works well also.0

apples with peanut butter... some honey added if I really need to fill up some more calories.0

Fruit/veggie salads are always good and I love Larabars. They have a good amount of calories and it fills you right up.0
