My resolutions are to get my AA at the college im currently going to, get more organized and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Good luck to everyone and their resolutions!

I know for sure i would not be able to handle a BL type workout. Remember though that 250 k should be a HUGE motivation! plus they are not distracted by work, school, etc.

If you've come on this site and made the effor to try and make your life better than you're definitely on the right track! Use this as a tool to see how fattening some foods are and really put your calories into perspective! ive gone off track with the hoidays but plan on trying to eat better for 2013.

Ive been replacing my breakfast sometimes with shakeology which has made me feel much slimmer and more energized and basically cutting back the carbs to only once a day. Sounds like a waste of time. If you're going to be in a relationship, make sure you are in one that lifts you up instead of bringing you down.

Im on my second week of really trying to actually stick to a diet. So far ive lost 2 lbs which im really happy about!
