I have had shin splint issues since Jr high track. I have had a couple professional shoe fittings but my gait is very pronated.

Well I have chickened out in week 5 a couple times and stopped, but recently started again. On week 3 this week. But gladly looking for support from others with similar journey I need to loose at least 100 lbs too.

Hearts currently using a garmin viviofit had a body media arm band for a couple years when I first started here. Then got a fitbit. I am definitely a numbers nerd I love to see the value of my work. KrisPage the calories when you first get it, it figures you basal metabolic rate. So it is figuring what it expects you have burned including just sitting still.
