  • You should evaulate your calories for the week. I gained a pound my last weigh in but when I looked at my cals for the week and added them up, I had consumed about 3000 more cals that week than I did the week before.

  • Try them on, you never know until you do. Even if you can't button them, you would have never got them that far back in your size 24 days!!!

  • I use brown eyeshadow for my brows and use a brush to apply. It works better and looks more natural than a pencil. It takes a little practice to make it look right but is definitely worth it.
  • I love Coldstone. The first time I went I got an I LOVE IT and could barely finish it. They give you so much. I was by one yesterday and wanted some but it's like still freezing here in Chicago and I didn't think it would be a good idea. Ice Cream is my weakness!!!

  • I love DDR (Dance Dance Revolution)!!! Though I haven't been able to use it in a long time because our TV downstairs (on a cement slab) is too old and we can't hook up the console and if I did it upstairs (wood floor) the whole house shakes, not a good thing.
