  • Oh I love these replies - I just got it today and plan to get started tomorrow, on treadmill. I got halfway through couch to 5k a year or so ago and then when out walking my dogs they saw RABBIT and jerked me sideways and I severely sprained my meniscus on my right knee - all healed now and I can't wait to get started.

  • Glad to see this thread and interesting comments. I have coffee and cream for breakfast and eat lunch at 1 during the weekdays, and find for me at least it is easier to do so then. Weekends, I have the time and leisure to eat a nice breakfast and usually do so around 9 or so. I doubt this hurts me either. :)

  • I am 5'7.5" and at 51 my goal is 165. I've been lower, 152 was my lowest a few years ago, but I looked gaunt and kept getting sick - I wasn't a healthy 152. So I am eyeballing a healthy, fit 165. Less than 20 to go (but what a beast the last 20 has been, which is why I am here).
