This is great! You should be proud! :) There's a sign at one of the places I take classes that says, "Sweat is fat crying." I love that lol. I hate being sweaty too but at the same time I love it, 'cause it means I'm working hard. Congrats on your success!

POUTINE IS AMAZING. It's cheese curds, gravy, and fries. We make our own every so often. I've even made poutine gnocchi (using gnocchi instead of fries) with homemade gravy. Definitely one of my favorite indulgent meals. SO filling, though!

A new branch of Planet Fitness opened near my house, so I switched my home gym and went there for the first time today. It was so nice! And it wasn't too busy, but there were quite a few people there. I broke in my new running shoes and did some strength training as well. Happy New Year!

Wow, we have a lot in common haha! My name is also Sam, and I have an hour long commute to work both days - if I work out, I'm often EXTREMELY hungry on the way home (I have a gym membership for a place near my work) and don't end up eating until late... if I can manage not to scarf anything I can find as soon as I walk in…

I get shaky too if I don't snack, so I always plan in a morning and afternoon snack - one between breakfast and lunch and another between lunch and dinner (especially if I go to the gym after work). It helps curb my hunger until mealtimes and helps with my blood sugar... otherwise I eat anything and everything, too.
