I read an article somewhere about studies done at Harvard University. You are to do cardio for 30 min a day to maintain weight. To lose weight 60 min cardio. You can stretch to 2 hours and won't be a problem. It is recommended that you do 60 cardio and some strength training. I work out twice a day. Crossfit in the morning…

True.... Just that its so damn hard, during the wod, I'm always thinking 'why the hell did I signed up for this?' Then when its done, I feel relived and satisfied.

Lucky for you to see changes.. I'm not even close.. I started over a month ago... still nothing.. My mobility is better but no one seem to notice any changes in me..

I had a successful year on 2012, reaching my goal. Then I gained it all back since 2013 until present.... I recently got back in mfp, and gym. I would need some motivation as well. :)

To all wondering how to log steamy activity, I envy you. Lol when you're in relationship for over 11 years, there's certainly no action. At least not in our house hold. Hahahahahahaha dang!! At least no worries for me how to log such activity.
