HAHAHA! ^^^^I LOVE THIS! If I can get my hands on these tapes I totally would do them! Thanks! :)

I have considered this option, I love to bike. Craigslist would be a great place to start, good cardio and some strength training I would imagine. Thank you :)

So they are low impact? I will have to look into this, you're the second person to suggest. :) Thank you

A dodgy knee is rough too. I technically have been told not to walk up hills, steep or not. They are hard to avoid outside though. On the treadmill, I can go as high as a 2. I would like to shoot for higher, but I need to get more strength first. A mini trampoline would be brilliant, but I'd have to ask my PT to see if…

I am fused at L4-L5-S1 as well, and compression isn't something I want to mess with either. Since the L5-S1 surgery I can no longer do bridges without pain, but everything else sounds amazing! Actually sounds a lot like what I did in PT after each surgery. There is a new park I just found about 25 minutes away that would…

Your pictures are very inspiring and you look amazing! I have debated on doing this as well, but just haven't yet. I think after seeing your pictures it might be the best thing for me, to see my own progress. Thank you for sharing!

Just learning the benefits of Coconut Oil, can someone tell me how you use it? Is it an oil that withstand high temp, or like evoo is there a low temp needed? Can you use it in everything, or just somethings? I am interested in trying it out next cooking venture, oh and is the conversion the same (1 TBSP=1 TBSP)? Thank you…

No judgement, just trying to understand. Being new to the site and seeing everyone's version of food and eating is interesting to me. I am an Anthropology major and foodie by nature, I try to understand and see where everyone is coming from not to judge but to understand. I have a love affair with food and it has always…

Maybe you can check this site out too, it was left above: I found this topic to be very helpful in setting my goals, and finding the right amount of calories, protein, carbs, fats, etc, and manually changed my settings here at MFP: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12…

Thank you for the food tips, I love all these things and will try to eat more of them. I eat a banana everyday, and getting into the cold months Oatmeal is a staple. Black beans...LOVE!

I might be crazy, but I don't feel that's healthy and I don't do fat free, low fat or diet anything. It's just horrible for you! I agree with you, I notice all these people saying "good job", and "way to go"...but their food diaries have next to nothing in them. How can you have a support system, but the support doesn't…

Thank you Amy, I will have to checkout this link and see what I can do. Day 2 and doing great so far! :-) I also changed my food diary, I thought I had changed it Monday night...but it didn't, but it's done now. Thanks again :-)

I am absolutely gonna eat the amounts they tell me to. I am starting off slow with exercising due to back problems, but I am trying not to eat those calories just yet. I would like suggestions on foods to eat, meals plans and recipes though. Was hoping looking through food diaries would help, but not many people have open…

Add me. I'm 32 and just signed up tonight. I have had 4 back surgeries since the summer of 2009 and looking to lose the weight I gained during the past few years. I have 50 pounds to lose. Good Luck and may we motivate one another often! :)

Today is my first day starting this site, I filled it out after I ate all day and had a shock to just how many calories I've been eating. I understand life being stressful, I can't find a job and money is super tight. Some days I feel just like you and don't even want to move, but one thing I've learned is weight does not…
