Hey I go to the Fit4Less on Merivale as well and would like to workout. Trying to stay on track and lose some more weight if that's your goal too.

I finished the whole second season by Sunday... I can control my urge to binge eat but apparently I can't control my urge to binge watch this show. It's amazing. The ending.......OMG... I don't want to spoil anything LOL

There's a smart phone app called Sworkit. It's great when you can't leave the house but still want a bit of a work out. It also syncs your calories burned to MFP. There's the free app but you can also upgrade to Pro and get a few more workouts out of it. I hope this helps. Good luck :)

I usually try to recreate the meal using the recipe creator. Usually try a piece and you can guestimate if they use butter, or whole milk, and generally avoid words like "creamy" or "fried". But in some cases (like pizza) I usually match it to a chain restaurant depending on likeness. Anyways, good luck!

I normally just log my cardio. As for my strength training, I keep track of it using Fitocracy. It keeps me working out and you're always pushing yourself to reach the next level (like a video game but real life lol).

I've been on the pill for almost 2 years and I've been able to lose weight while on it. I found the only time it really affected my weight was when I first started to take it. After that it's been all good.

I'm currently half way through my 100 lbs weight loss journey. It's been tough but totally worth it! If anybody wants to add me I'd like to have more friends and support!
