I THOUGHT I was coordinated until level 2..I can't do the oblique twist things correctly.. And the crunches where you bring your knees to the chest at the same time... WTHeck??.. Anyway..I'll keep huffing and puffing until the fat falls off.. :)

Level 2. Day 2. Done... Felt a little dizzy for a few seconds... Soooo.. I'm pretty much completing the sets but not as many reps.. Trying to speed up.. It's soooo HARD!!! ;( I wish they had some REAL people on the video..huffing puffing and sweating!!!

Barely shuffle. LOL That was me the first few days of Level 1. :) Yes it makes sense to extend Level 2, I'm supposed to complete day2 level 2 today. Hopefully I can do it..

Day 1 complete ..not as bad as I thought it would be.. Stopped a few times no longer than 5 sec each... Next I hope not to stop as often and do better on the cardio!

Glad you are able to continue! I really need to try a 'Real' push up soon. I also think my arms are getting stronger..I feel some muscles on the top of my arm. Regarding my legs its easier for me to get up from a chair without using my hands..almost like rising from a squat ( if that makes sense).

Regardless if I workout in the AM or not, I usually have a whey protein smoothie made with Greek yogurt, fruit, and unsweetened almond milk. Low fat, carbs and calories..really filling.

Level 1 Day 8.5 Done!! Was soo tired after work today,,, hurried to put on my workout clothes and got to it. Love /hate relationship ongoing. I'm using 5lbs weights, think I may have to up a little itty bit. So proud of everyone who started, stopped, started again and still going. We can do this!!! DO NOT GIVE UP!

Super failure today :mad: Only 12 minutes of the shred day 7. Too tired..first day back to work after months off and I've been up since 4:30 am it's now 8:13 pm. Soo disgusted with myself. I'll try again tmrw. :explode:

Fantastic job. I've heard the spinning class is great for cardio but at 242 I'm a little intimidated. How is it?

I'm on day 6 of Level 1. I hate to think about doing the routine but afterwards I'm sooo happy! The first few days during cardio I thought someone was punching me in the side, and wanted to throw up (I know TMI). Don't give up keep going even if you have to take a day off after 3 or 4 days. It gets easier but harder…
