I was wondering about a walking video. It is walking in place but adds some zumba and cardio kickboxing. It says that it is the equivalent of walking 4 miles. Does this count as walking??

I have some and it's great. Just be sure to keep it oiled, it can get squeeky and that will bother your co-workers. The problem I had was I had headphones in and didn't realize it was squeeking until I was informed by my neighbor. lol

Fitness test done mile walk. 14 minutes crunches 40 pushups 22 plank 40 seconds I have not done my usual workouts the last couple of weeks. I was disappointed with my plank time. I had been up to over a minute! But I'm getting back on track now that's the important part.

1. Exercise 7/7 2. nothing new yet 3. Squats 200/200 4. Reverse plank 0/7 mins 5. Plan your meals and exercise 6/7 my new weight is 196.6 I seem to have hit a plateau. I am gonna step things up a notch this week and see what happens.

I am no expert but I don't think you have been eating enough. If you are not eating back some of the calories that you work off exercising your body stores the calories you do eat because it thinks you are starving. Increasing your calorie intake should help. I would not comment on soemone elses food diary. The days that I eat bad, I already know I eat bad. I just pick myself up and move on to the next day and try to do better. We all have our bad days.
