Well It is the middle of the month, but I am going to join. I will get in as many as I can. I did walk 3 miles last week, but I am gonna start at zero just to make things interesting. :bigsmile:

I am in the same boat. Just can't seem to get up in the morning. I do get some exercise done during the day, but not my normal workouts. Planning on doing some outdoor stuff this weekend to try to "make up" for my missed workouts during the week.

1. 3/4 days of exercise 2. 50/200 crunches 3.20/200 push-ups 4. 2/7 days drinking 8 glasses of water 5. 2/5 5-a-day fruits/veggies I have a hard time doing the push ups, but I am sure I will get there. Hope everyone is having a great week!!

My grandkids take up most of my time. I take them to the park, zoo, etc. Other than that zumba and working out!

This is something that is beyond my control. That is something that I am also stressing about, trying to find someone who can take them and financially care for them as well. We have some family members who are stepping in, but they are still in foster care until their background checks/home studies are completed.
