hahaha @ ducks... I agree with this wholeheartedly. Yes, it does suck majorly to have someone who you are in a marriage with to not find you attractive, but all of the above makes a whole lot of sense.

Just a bit of encouragement if you'd like: log, even when it's not the healthiest option. It's the best way to stay on track. I did that from 12/22-12/25. Sounds like a sugar overload, not a carb overload, necessarily.....I've had that feeling too, if I eat or drink something with too much sugar, I will feel funny and have to drink a lot of water to flush out a bit.
