Me too add me, and anyone else for that matter, I've been on here for around for four years, yoyo dieting and many issues, but back here to get back to where I was a couple of years ago.

I used WW, lost about 2/3 stone when I was 25, but piled it on and then some, with MFP I've lost 8 stone and kept it off for 2 years now too, mainly due to how easy it is to use it and the support you get.

I had one and used to go to the Morley one too, I felt that it was a bit shabby the treadmills/bikes/rowing machines screens never worked correctly and the pool was always closed too. I go running instead, just as good and free
