To be honest, all the research I've done with eating, and the thing is to eat more in the morning, then decreased through out the day. So for example Breakfast should be around 600, then you have 150-170 calories in snacks, 450 for lunch and then 400 dinner :)

Hi! So, Trader Joe's has great healthy frozen foods, however you do have to use the oven. But it's no biggie. Um, well, I love rice with pan fried--it's not really fried--fish taste great. Steamable vegetables are fantastic! I like to add it into pasta sauce. I have a lot of easy recipes, but without using the oven is…

You're actually really fortuante, because Indian food is really healthy. My mother used to make Indian food for me when I was little, and it's all I would eat. And to be honest, I love it. The curries are wonderful, do eat some. It's got fantastic spices, and good Indian curry has coconut milk--which is good for your body.…

#2 #3 Firstly, it makes me gag. Secondly, those chemicals aren't suppose to be in your body. Thirdly, the calorie free isn't really calorie free, they have fine fine print saying "Traces of calories is possible." Why buy it?

I'm frightened of butters, margarine and certain oils. It sounds silly, I know, but I have no idea what kind of manufactured chemicals are placed in some of the stuff, that it worries me of my health. However, I do have to use oil, and when I do I use only certified organic oils like coconut, peanut or olive oil. They all…

I like to think of myself as a Tea Connoisseur. Chamomile: A yummy tea that works great in the evening. I like to drink it when I'm reading a book. Add two teaspoons of lemon, and it's pretty tasty. Rooibos: A lovely South African tea. I grew up in South Africa, so I lived off this stuff--that and Earl Grey--and it's…

I think you've also gotta add the Quick Calorie Tool. Which was 442, so that'd be 884. Right?
