I got told of my PT years ago not to exercise within 24hrs of getting it cause u need the energy elsewhere... After the first 24hrs I still give the same 100% as usual, ill just take some pain killers if I have to.
-
Ive been told no to exercise within 24hrs of getting it... I try to follow that rule and after the 24hrs just pop pain killer, suck it up and carry on.

I usually prelog with food but since I wear my heart rate monitor to track calories I add them after exercise.
-
I count it......... But I dont count on it enough to eat the calories back....

1. Peanut Butter 2. Mountain Bread 3. Almond Milk (use for a latte and also with my porridge) 4. Bok Choy 5. Frozen chicken breast
-
I use almond milk with a shot of coffee... its also sweet enough that I dont need to add sugar like I usually do.

Eating smaller more often helps but it is something that takes a few days to get use to as well. You need to learn to eat smarter! For a full fat mug of latte you could have a diet yogurt and some rice crackers... You will learn the trade off's :) Good Luck with it!

Gee.... how to answer.... I just did a boot camp in Thailand for a week, we did 10+ hours of exercise per day. I wore my heart rate monitor and for most of the days and I burnt around 2700 cals total. We were very active and I have never been so sore! It was pointed out to me by one of the girls who had weight to lose that…

75gms of lite cottage cheese b4 bed.... Thats what I try to do most nights.... I went to a Thailand bootcamp and was told it was a good idea.

The safest option I always go with if I'm trying to be good is a salad with dressing on the side, no meat deep fried... Or there is also the burger option... Order the burger I just dont eat the bun and order without cheese... and dont eat the fries....

Thanks!! That did the trick! Two of the pic's are cut off but I'm off to bed :)

Any Canberra People?? But anywhere worldwide is GR8 too!! I'm not exactly in weight losing mode but I count calories to maintain and I want to get fitter and firmer!! I exercise a lot, and I will be very encouraging and sometimes I might have some OK advise :)

I had a left over simple veggie stir fry last night.... (lots of different veg but just added salt and pepper as well as some oyster sauce) So I didn't feel like the veggies alone so I made them into rice paper rolls and ate a hard boiled egg for the protein too.... I really enjoyed it!

My husband planned the sweetest proposal!! We were in Costa Rica walking along a moon lit stormy turtle beach and when we got to the end he dropped to one knee, and asked me if I would do him the honer of being his wife. He got a temporary butterfly ring to propose with so we looked for the real thing together once we got…

Try 3 prunes a day instead..... :) I think its only an eating disorder if you are using it as a way to loose weight... Doesnt seem like you are, but try the prunes as a natural way of helping - I took 6 a day for a few days but it worked too well so I reduced it to 3 a day... Hope you try it and it works :)

I'm 2.5kgs away from my goal weight but to get there for the first 4wks I ate 1200 cals per day and did not eat my exercise calories back at the time I was averaging around 400 exercise cals per day. After the first 4 weeks I increased my calories to 1350 and did not eat my exercise calories back. Now I'm almost at my goal…

Ive been drinking my version of 'fake wine'... I even serve it up to my friends I get a really big wine glass and add a little lite lime juice cordial then top it up with mineral or soda water.. Caution... Wouldn't recommend sculling it in front of the husband when he doesn't know what your drinking :)

Canberra and damn its cold here!!!

My personal trainer advises me not to workout for the first 24hrs of my period cause the energy need to go into that... I try to follow this rule but I push myself to go every other day within my plan. I cant push as hard though, lose energy quicker and way more tired.

I think getting your heart rate up and working harder which burns more calories that are going to be eaten back anyways is a little counterproductive... but this depends how quickly you want to see results.. I am not usually hungry and I am usually 500+ extra cals at the end of every day and my cal intake is set to 1500, I…
-
I think you said you eat your exercise calories back? If so... Ive achieved excellent results by never eating my exercise calories back... Ive gone on the theory that I heard somewhere that you need to have 3500cals spare to lose a kilo... Have fun at your wedding party! I had my wedding in Fiji late last year and just had…

I would run a race knowing I wouldnt come first... I dont think I would think about coming last....

I made toasted muesli on the weekend from here: http://adelineandlumiere.com/2011/09/04/homemade-toasted-muesli/ I have one weetabix, 33gm of toasted muesli, one small banana, 1/2 cup shape skim milk and it equals 298 cals

This sounds GR8! I'll have to try it! Thanks!

I work on not eating more then 1350 cals, if I exercise I do not eat more. I drink up to 3L of water a day and if I'm a little hungry ill add some sugar free cordial or have a cup of tea. I got told that to lose 1kg it takes 3500cals (I'm not sure how true this is but if I'm wrong someone will point it out) If you eat…
